HKC SECURITY, the manufacturer of intruder alarm solutions across the UK and Ireland, has announced the appointment of Sean Doyle in the role of security and risk manager, duly strengthening the company’s commitment to customer experience and service excellence.
Doyle joins HKC with a strong background in financial services having worked across insurance, banking and commercial lease financing. Throughout his career, he has led customer-facing roles, balancing regulatory requirements with practical and solution-driven communication. Doyle’s work has centred on managing customer interactions and feeding insight back into business strategy.
At HKC, Doyle will oversee the security and risk team in charge of managing SecureComm2, the subscription-based app that allows installers and homeowners to access and monitor intruder alarm systems. The team is responsible for managing recurring subscription revenue, billing set-up and administration, as well as installer/end user account management throughout the UK and Ireland.
Doyle was drawn to HKC through the opportunity to apply his consumer and commercial customer-focused experience to an industry that offers significant diversity and innovation compared to traditional financial services. He sees HKC’s unique product range and evolving technology as a new and exciting challenge.
On his appointment, Doyle commented: “Customer satisfaction is what I would like to achieve with HKC. Talking to our installer partners affords us the opportunity to understand how they feel about HKC products and the improvements or new features that they would like to see. Listening to your customers helps to evolve your products and services accordingly. It’s beneficial for both parties and the commercial and service outcomes will follow.”
