GroupTalk GT25 4G PoC radio system introduced by AddSecure

ADDSECURE, THE provider of secure Internet of Things connectivity and end-to-end solutions, has announced the launch of the GroupTalk GT25: a modern and rugged Push‑to‑Talk over Cellular (PoC) radio designed for security teams that rely on instant and reliable communication.

With one-button voice communication over 4G and Wi‑Fi, the GT25 keeps teams connected at all times. Its built-in panic alarm button ensures that help can be summoned immediately in critical situations. The system combines fast and simple communication with enhanced safety.

The GT25 brings together the simplicity of a traditional Push-to-Talk radio with the flexibility of a modern Android smart phone, offering instant global communication, emergency response features and multimedia capabilities (ie video and location services) in one rugged device.

“With the GT25,” said Nicholas Whiting, vice-president of alarm signalling at AddSecure UK, “teams can respond instantly to any situation, co-ordinate effortlessly across multiple locations and feel confident that help can be summoned at the push of a button.”

Whiting added: “The solution works seamlessly across radios, smart phones and PC dispatch systems, providing end user customers with reliable, secure and efficient communication.”

Security teams, Emergency Services personnel and operatives working at airports, for local authorities, in manufacturing, transportation, retail, construction, hospitality and at festivals/events will benefit from the fact that the GT25 removes the delays and risks caused by fragmented communication tools. It enables teams to co-ordinate quickly, respond effectively and remain connected through a single and reliable device.

Group-wide ISO certification

In further news, the scope of AddSecure’s ISO certifications has recently been expanded to include the Smart Mobility business unit, as well as the acquired companies GroupTalk and Insert IT. This milestone means that the entire AddSecure Group is now certified for ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems) and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management).

ISO certifications are globally recognised standards that demonstrate AddSecure’s commitment to delivering high-quality, secure and sustainable solutions for its customer base. These certifications strengthen trust with customers, partners and stakeholders alike, while supporting the company’s strategic objectives and growth ambitions.

“Achieving Group-wide ISO certification is a significant accomplishment for AddSecure,” affirmed Krister Tånneryd, chief operating officer at AddSecure. “It reflects our dedication to quality, security and sustainability across all business units and markets. This milestone would not have been possible without the hard work and collaboration of our teams.”
