CSL-Orisec partnership realises dual-path variants of CSL Connected

CSL Connected provides connectivity directly to the ARC via the Gemini Global Platform, offering security installers full-proof single and dual-path alarm signalling. The app allows users to set and unset their alarm systems, view and control cameras, receive alerts in live-time and manage their devices seamlessly with full remote access.

Since its launch back in 2016, CSL Connected has become a trusted solution for the management teams at upwards of 50,000 sites.

Triple finalist

CSL is delighted to have been shortlisted as a finalist for three separate awards at the prestigious UK Outstanding Security Performance Awards 2023.

The My Base App 2.0 has been shortlisted in the Outstanding Customer Service Initiative category. My Base App 2.0 is the newest version of CSL’s handy installer app that allows installers to configure and service their device remotely. The app was launched alongside the DualCom Pro range.

Following on from over 200,000 successful installations of DualCom Pro and listening to installer feedback, CSL innovated the app to offer a greater user experience. The latest version comes with a range of features including install and servicing wizards, providing users with on-screen, step-by-step instructions and offering “seamless and stress-free” configuration.

CSL has also been shortlisted for the Outstanding Security Equipment Manufacturer category. The business has been providing critical connectivity solutions for over 25 years now. It’s always innovating across multiple sectors, as well as regions, and provide connectivity for millions of devices throughout the world.

DualCom Pro 2 and MiniAir 2 are great examples of CSL’s latest innovations and are currently helping thousands of security installers to navigate the UK’s telephone network upgrade. Indeed, CSL has been busy supporting installers with their swap-out schedules as part of its Upgrade Programme. Its solutions ensure that installers’ systems and estates are fully future-proof.

Further, CSL is shortlisted in the Outstanding New Security Product or Technology category for DualCom Pro 2. The range consists of two solutions: GradeShift Pro 2 and DigiAir Pro 2.

Since its launch in 2019, the DualCom Pro range has been trusted for over 100,000 professional installations across Europe and is effectively easing the migration from analogue to an All IP solution for customers.

GradeShift Pro 2 is a dual-path signalling solution that uses a combination of two radio paths or one radio and one LAN path to signal an alarm.

For its part, DigiAir Pro 2 is a single-path signalling solution that employs a 4G radio path or a LAN path to signal an alarm.
