Innovative makes Bold move into UK’s security market

Innovative provides security technology in the Nordic region and is a member of the MIT Group, an operating portfolio within Valsoft Corporation. The latter specialises in the acquisition and development of vertical market software businesses.

Bold Communications is one of the UK’s most prominent alarm monitoring platform providers and, for over 30 years now, has developed alarm communications and management systems for the central station and Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) market. The company supports more UK alarm and CCTV monitoring Control Rooms than any other supplier, in fact, and is a recognised leader for security monitoring solutions thanks to its Gemini software platform.

Increased productivity

Danish company Innovative was founded in 1982 to create an entirely new market for Control Rooms by using the latest technologies to dramatically increase productivity in ARCs.

The company specialises in developing incident management software for private and public institutions. Its flagship product is the Innovative Security Manager.
