Corps Monitoring brings integrated keyholding solution to market

CORPS KEYSAFE, which has just been introduced by Corps Monitoring (an operating division of Corps Security), “combines the sophistication of a Sentrikey safe with the convenience of a nationwide network of accredited service partners” to ensure quick site access, with the whole process managed by operators at the Corps Monitoring Centre located in Glasgow.

KeySafe provides end user organisations with a C1-rated key safe. This is the highest level of security rating internationally and the one that’s used by numerous High Street banks to secure their branches. Access to KeySafe is gained via a dedicated smart phone app or by entering a one-day passcode.

The solution provides valuable data such as a full audit trail of who has been granted access and when and for how long they stayed on site, thereby helping the client organisation to understand its estate and locate any problem areas.

For those organisations needing a rapid site response, KeySafe is provided alongside a nationwide network of Security Industry Authority Approved Contractor Scheme-registered service partners, enabling clients to access local security personnel wherever they may be in the UK.

The Corps Monitoring Centre in Glasgow Corps Monitoring provides a range of electronic security solutions including remote CCTV monitoring, alarm receiving, environmental monitoring, Call Centre management and lone worker monitoring. It’s recognised as one of the most advanced monitoring facilities in the UK and holds National Security Inspectorate Gold accreditation as well as BS 5979, BS 8418, BS 8484 and ISO 9001:2008 approvals. When it comes to the KeySafe solution, the Monitoring Centre provides a single online platform, affording a detailed and consistent audit trail across an organisation’s sites from which reports can be generated and trends analysed.

“Gone are the days when security officers would have to carry keys or collect them from a secure office which could be many miles away,” stated Rob Hill, managing director of Corps Monitoring. “Now, organisations can have a sophisticated key safe on site which ensures a quicker response as we can despatch the nearest security officer, or even grant access directly to contractors or the Emergency Services. Supported by our Monitoring Centre, Corps KeySafe provides a one-stop shop for keyholding right across the country.”
