Comelit introduces powerful app for remote door entry management

The new image-led, fully responsive app developed by the security and fire safety systems specialist features a simple and intuitive dashboard to present daily monitoring and management of devices.

All operating in real-time, with no software installation required, the app ensures users can check their status across Comelit’s extensive product portfolio on a remote basis, making sure that they’re connected and fully operational.

Extensive development and testing

Justin Hawkesford, Comelit-PAC’s operations director, stated: “Following extensive development and testing, we’re thrilled to launch the new MyComelit app. The look and design, including extensive features such as system management support and interactive geographical location ,will improve customer experience and make navigation instinctive.”

MyComelit allows end users to manage systems, including Comelit’s Simplebus and VIP, by installation site or project, with easy consultation and geographical visualisation available in an interactive map.

For each site, it’s possible to define an address and co-ordinates and have real-time information on the status of installed devices.

The app also allows site management sharing with other users having different roles and profile possibilities. Different functions are available.

Evolving app

MyComelit is an evolving app. The company is working with its customers to ensure that the app offers a way in which to manage systems faster and more efficiently, including sharing information and transferring ownership as and when required.

The app is now available to download from the App Store and Google Play.
