FOLLOWING ON from the success of the inaugural Baroness Ruth Henig Scholarship Programme in 2024, The Security Institute has now launched the first round of applications for 2025.
This initiative is dedicated to supporting the next generation of security professionals by providing opportunities for development, networking and career advancement.
Building on last year’s achievements, the scholarship programme continues to identify and empower emerging talent, equipping recipients with the skills and connections they need to thrive in the security sector.
By fostering innovation and diversity, the Baroness Ruth Henig Scholarship Programme reflects The Security Institute’s ongoing commitment to strengthening the profession from the ground up.
Professor Simon Hepburn, CEO of The Security Institute, said: “The overwhelming response to last year’s scholarship made one thing clear: there is a wealth of talent in the security sector ready to be supported and elevated. This scholarship programme is not just about recognising potential, but also about actively investing in the future of our industry.”
