ExCeL London awards multi-year security contract to Carlisle Support Services

EXCEL LONDON, which is the capital’s largest event venue, has appointed Carlisle Support Services as its dedicated security partner to further enhance the venue’s security operations and improve the overall visitor experience.

Carlisle Support Services will be working closely alongside the venue’s in-house security team to ensure the security of ExCeL London’s 100-acre campus, as well as the safety of its four million annual visitors, event organisers and exhibitors.

The contract will see a designated contract manager, two client relationship managers and an extensive pool of in-house trained and incentivised security officers working at the venue for optimal operational scalability and to suit fluctuating demand.  

With over 30 years of experience gained from supporting some of the UK’s largest brands and venues – including ACC Liverpool and Ascot Racecourse – Carlisle Support Services also boasts many long-standing client relationships. The company’s track record, extensive expertise and promise-based culture is going to support ExCeL London’s vision of being the home of world-leading events.
