Appointment of Dean Jeanes expands TDSi’s technical support team

Jeanes joined the British Army in November 2013 as a signaller based in 3rd UK Division. Across the ensuring years, he cultivated multiple skills. Having left the ranks of military service, Jeanes went to work for a telecommunications company, duly broadening his experience by serving as a network engineer in a commercial environment.

Speaking about his appointment, Jeanes stated: “Once the opportunity to work for TDSi presented itself, I knew it would be the ideal career progression for me. I feel so lucky as I had been looking for a chance to progress further in the IT industry and the staff at TDSi have really welcomed me into the team.”

Jeanes is currently completing internal training for his new role. “Initially, I’m really focusing on building on my fundamental understanding of access control and where TDSi – and its competitors – sit within this ecosystem,” continued Jeanes, “although I’m already helping our installation partners and customers with their queries. Once my product knowledge has grown, I’m looking forward to training others on how to use our systems such that they can reap the full benefits of integrated access control.”
