UKAS-ACCREDITED certification body the Security Systems and Alarms Inspection Board (SSAIB) has announced the appointment of Amy Crawley as the Whitley Bay-based organisation’s new operations manager.
Crawley joins the organisation with a strong background in strategic leadership and management having spent over 17 years in senior roles within the education sector.
A graduate in Business Studies, Crawley brings a wealth of experience and transferable skills that will enhance the SSAIB’s operational delivery and support the organisation’s continued growth.
In her new role, Crawley will focus on streamlining internal operations, improving efficiency and upholding the highest standards of customer service. Her appointment strengthens the SSAIB’s commitment to operational excellence and its position as a trusted certification provider across the UK.

Crawley officially joined the SSAIB in June and has already begun working closely with key teams to align operations with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
