Ajax Systems launches wireless Grade 3 intrusion protection system

The solution supports up to 250 devices within a single integrated ecosystem, offering “ultra-precise” detection, robust sabotage protection, enhanced encryption and long battery life.

In addition, the system uses advanced anti-jamming capabilities, allowing it to instantly switch between 17 different frequencies in four European bands to ensure stable and resilient communication.

At the core of the system is the Ajax Superior Hub G3 Jeweller. This control panel is capable of supporting up to 250 devices, 200 users, 25 security groups and 64 automation scenarios. The hub communicates with Ajax devices via Superior Jeweller and TurboWings protocols. With a communication range of up to 3,500 metres, the wireless connection remains stable even through thick walls and across large sites.

Ajax Systems’ Superior Hub G3 Jeweller can operate on a back-up battery, ensuring uninterrupted performance during power outages. The hub maintains Internet connectivity through four independent channels (ie Ethernet, Wi-Fi and two SIM cards) with automatic switching to stay online at all times. Two Ajax Superior Internal Battery models provide up to 16 and 60 hours of back-up power, thereby meeting Grade 3 requirements.

Portfolio overview

The new wireless Grade 3 solution includes everything that’s needed to protect high-risk sites of any scale. The portfolio includes the Ajax Superior MotionProtect G3 Jeweller motion detector, the Ajax Superior MotionCam G3 (PhOD) Jeweller motion detector with a built-in camera, the Ajax Superior DoorProtect G3 Jeweller opening detector and two keypads: the Ajax Superior KeyPad Plus G3 Jeweller and Ajax Superior KeyPad TouchScreen G3 Jeweller.

The solution also includes Ajax Superior DoubleButton G3 Jeweller and two sirens: Ajax Superior HomeSiren G3 Jeweller and Ajax Superior StreetSiren Plus G3 Jeweller. With Ajax Superior MultiTransmitter G3 Jeweller, an Ajax system can be enhanced with almost any third party wired security device outside of the Ajax portfolio. Ajax Superior ReX G3 Jeweller, the range extender, increases wireless coverage up to 3,500 metres between the hub and connected Ajax devices.

Product range expansion 

The company will soon expand its wireless Superior Grade 3 product range with the Ajax Superior MotionProtect Plus G3 Jeweller, itself a motion detector with dual detection technology.
