ABLOY UK is showcasing its comprehensive range of innovative digital access solutions on Stand H30 in Hall 3 at The Security Event, which is being held at the NEC in Birmingham from 5-7 April.
Pat Jefferies, commercial director at Abloy UK, told Security Matters: “We’ve seen a major shift towards flexible working since the pandemic, which inevitably requires adaptable access control. In addition, we’re witnessing greater demand for solutions that use mobile credentials to accommodate these changing and increasingly complex requirements.”
Jefferies – who served as a guest on Episode 3 of the Security Matters Podcast – continued: “Research shows that, at least to some extent, over two-thirds of organisations will have adopted mobile access control within two years. That comes as no surprise, though, given the extensive benefits these systems offer, not only in terms of meeting security challenges, but also in relation to Health and Safety, compliance and efficiency.”
He added: “With the wide range of digital access solutions now available from Abloy, the possibilities are endless and we can meet virtually any requirements. We’re able to specify a tailored solutions to provide flexible, scaleable and compliant security and also help in controlling the movement of people in a wide range of building types and applications.”
