Videx UK and CSL Group partner to deliver managed SIMs

VIDEX UK, the manufacturer of door entry and access control systems, has partnered with CSL Group (the provider of managed Internet of Things connectivity and critical communications services) to integrate the latter’s SIMs across its own GSM product portfolio.

The agreement sees CSL’s connectivity deployed as standard within Videx’s 4G GSM intercom systems, covering door entry, single-entrance installations and larger multi-apartment developments. The integration is intended to provide installers with resilient and managed mobile connectivity designed for security and access control applications.

CSL’s SIMs are available for the UK’s main operator networks and supported by industry-leading technical back-up, enabling monitoring and control of deployed connections. By embedding this capability within its GSM range, Videx aims to reduce the risk of network-related issues, while also simplifying activation and ongoing support for installation partners.
