Security Personnel Awards regional winners announced by the BSIA

The BSIA’s regional Security Personnel Awards are, of course, part of the Trade Association’s British Security Awards 2023, the ceremony for which will be held at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London on Wednesday 21 June. All of this year’s regional winners will now go forward as national finalists.

The 2023 regional winning companies are Bidvest Noonan, Corps Security, Fuse Security, G4S, H&A Protection, Lodge Service, MAN Commercial Protection, Mitie, Openview, Securitas UK, SecuriGroup, STM Group and the Westgrove Group.

For over 20 years now the regional awards have recognised the talent, dedication, skill and bravery exhibited by security personnel in their roles. In 2023, the five categories – namely Best Newcomer, Best Team, Outstanding Act, Service to the Customer and Security Manager of the Year – witnessed a record number of entries.

From 2023 onwards, the national winner of the Best Newcomer category will receive the Gaby Hutchinson Award, which is named in memory of the security operative who lost their life in the Brixton Academy incident last December.
