Security installers provide “exceptional” feedback on Paxton Tech Tour

In terms of the feedback received to date, 90% of attending installers have rated the Paxton Tech Tour a ‘Five out of Five’ experience.

Sam Ganslandt from Pro-Tech Solutions commented that the Paxton Tech Tour was a great event. “I like the format of short presentations followed by practical sessions. This really kept the event interesting, rather than having to sit in front of a projector screen all day. Paxton’s products came across as being very high quality. It was refreshing to see some of the more advanced features that are clearly available in the systems.”

Details of the Tech Tour

The Paxton Tech Tour showcases all of Paxton’s established security products, including the Paxton10 access control and video management system, the PaxLock smart wireless door handles and the Entry video intercom system, as well as the flagship system that is Net2.

Exclusive to the Paxton Tech Tour, installers receive an overview of the Paxton Entry app, which is scheduled to launch later this year, and also have an opportunity to discuss their current projects and future business opportunities with Paxton product experts.

What’s more, attendees can take part in a competition at each show for the chance to win a Net2 or Paxton10 starter kit, which can help to kick-start their first (or next) Paxton systems installation project.

To thank installers for joining, every attendee receives an exclusive installer gift box worth £40. Additionally, each installation company receives 100 Paxton Rewards points towards Paxton’s customer loyalty programme. If they are new to the programme, they will also receive an additional 100 welcome points, making them a Silver Partner.

Being in the Paxton Rewards Programme unlocks various benefits for security installers such as a listing on Paxton’s website to win more business and partner badges to show their Paxton expertise. The points can also be redeemed to claim Amazon vouchers, exclusive branded merchandise and Paxton products and demonstration equipment, which could earn a rebate value on more products of up to 5% of total business.

Upcoming dates

There are several upcoming dates in both June and July, with all of the events detailed commencing at 9.00 am.

In June, the Paxton Tech Tour rolls into Reading (20 June), Chelmsford, Leeds and Peterborough (all 25 June), Chester, Maidstone and Nottingham (all 27 June). On 2 July, there are events in Durham and Waltham Abbey.

Following on from registration and introductions, throughout the tour installers will learn the installation fundamentals, discover sales opportunities and how to quote, plus experience how the products work in a series of practical sessions.

Part One of each day involves a Net2 overview of this flexible networked access control system. Part Two is a PaxLock overview, with Part Three being a Paxton10 overview concentrating on access control and video management on one user-friendly and online interface.
