HKC Security launches SecureRewards installer loyalty programme

SecureRewards allows security installers to earn points through everyday business activities, including purchasing and registering HKC Security’s intruder alarm systems, activating SecureComm connections, attending training courses and submitting Case Studies.

Points can then be redeemed via a dedicated platform against a range of rewards, including business support benefits, exclusive merchandise and lifestyle-centred gift vouchers.

SecureRewards also includes exclusive training opportunities delivered by HKC Security, as well as access to members-only offers and discounts.

The loyalty programme has been created to provide installers with additional value every time they choose HKC Security’s products, while in parallel supporting business growth and strengthening installer engagement across the UK and Ireland markets.

Continued support

Damian Lloyd, marketing lead at HKC Security, informed Security Matters: “SecureRewards has been developed to recognise the continued support and loyalty of our installer network, while giving those installers access to meaningful rewards that support both their business and day-to-day work.”

Joining the scheme 

Joining the scheme is a simple process. Installers simply need to register using their existing SmartLink credentials including installer ID number and main company e-mail address.
