ADDSECURE – THE European provider of secure Internet of Things connectivity and end-to-end solutions – has announced the appointment of Daniel Nordholm in the role of CEO for the AddSecure Group. The appointment is effective from November.
Nordholm brings more than 20 years’ worth of international leadership experience to the role gained by operating across the technology, fintech, payments and travel technology sectors. Throughout his career, he has successfully led large-scale product, technology, commercial and business transformation initiatives across both European and global markets.
At present, Nordholm serves as Chief Information Officer for the HBX Group having previously held CEO and senior executive positions at Bambora, Ingenico, Worldline and Verifone.
Remarkable transformation
“AddSecure has undergone a remarkable transformation over the past decade,” explained Michael Grober, chair of the AddSecure Board, “and is now exceptionally well positioned for its next phase of development. The Board believes that Daniel’s strong track record in operational execution, digital transformation and scaling high-performing international organisations makes him the right leader for the future.”

Strategic development
Current CEO Stefan Albertsson will assume the role of senior advisor to the AddSecure Group. In this role, he will continue to support AddSecure’s strategic development in addition to its next phase of value creation.
