Texecom set to launch new product ranges at The Security Event

INTRUDER DETECTION systems developer Texecom is attending The Security Event 2023. Organised by the Nineteen Group, the exhibition – and accompanying seminar programme – runs at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham from 25-27 April. Security Matters is once again serving as Lead Media Partner.

Texecom is a founding member of The Security Event. This year’s show will witness the first UK appearance of the Midnight Black Collection – a range of products designed to work in harmony with darker environments and which has been created for businesses and sites requiring or preferring a security solution offering “unrivalled, contemporary and discreet” protection.

Also making its first UK appearance at The Security Event is the Capture Remastered range of motion detectors. Packed with new features and functionality (including Capture A20 anti-masking upgrades), improved microwave sensitivity and new algorithmic firmware, the Capture Remastered range boasts double the number of detection points when compared to previous Texecom detectors.

Following on from ongoing development, Texecom will be demonstrating the true power of its digital services, including Texecom Cloud – a platform designed to place security and digital solutions in one place and deliver a host of benefits (among them ‘access anytime, anywhere’, remote maintenance and end user app management) that yield efficiencies for system installers and integrators as well as their customers.

Alarm signalling

Also on display will be the award-winning Texecom Monitor platform, the primary alarm signalling tool which has recently received Cyber Security Product Assurance Group accreditation from the British Security Industry Association following an in-depth assessment of this solution’s secure development lifecycle.

Commenting on the upcoming show at the NEC, Texecom’s CEO Jim Ludwig stated: “We’re very much looking forward to showcasing our latest products and solutions to the UK installer and integrator base at this year’s edition of The Security Event. Over the past 12 months, the Texecom team has worked hard to launch a number of new products, all of them based upon customer and market feedback and helping to ensure that we remain leaders in our field and are delivering what the market wants and needs.”

Ludwig added: “I’m particularly excited to see our digital services platforms, including Texecom Cloud and Texecom Monitor, being demonstrated at the exhibition. Both are powerful tools which, in my opinion, elevate intruder detection and electronic security to the next level.”
