Paul Lotter harbours more than 20 years’ experience in the security guarding sector.
He joined Corps Security back in 2018 having previously brought his security skills to the fore at Reliance, Securitas, Mitie and Interserve.
On a daily basis, Paul works closely with Corps Security’s operational teams to devise new approaches towards service delivery, while also concentrating on strategy and keeping the business connected to the wider industry.
During our interview, Paul examines Corps Security’s status as a Social Enterprise, reviews the area of service delivery and also looks at career progression in the sector.
