PERPETUITYARC TRAINING has just announced the latest appointment to its flagship MSc programme: Garry Evanson MSc CSyP FSyI. Evanson joins PerpetuityARC Training in the role of lead MSc tutor and will be responsible for supporting students throughout the entirety of the programme as well as contributing to the writing of course materials.
The MSc programme in International Security and Risk Management is delivered in partnership with the University of West London and is PerpetuityARC training’s flagship training course, welcoming as it does a substantial number of students each and every year.
A former chair and current vice-president of The Security Institute, Evanson will be taking over the reins from PerpetuityARC Training’s previous and long-standing tutor Charlie Swanson, who has departed for a new role as the learning and development lead with the Optimal Risk Group after more than a decade with the company.
In-depth experience
Having previously been known to the Linx International Group through his contributions as a writer of course materials, Evanson understands very well the needs of the learners.

The MSc in International Security and Risk Management study programme explores critical issues in security management and combines theoretical knowledge with professional Best Practice.
Throughout the course, learners continue to develop a set of soft skills, such as writing reports and developing business cases and research proposals relevant to the professional security and risk management sector. They will cover both theoretical concepts and the application of theory in practical scenarios, with an interesting and diverse set of modules as part of the mix.
