Next generation F5 and F6 fence controllers launched by Gallagher Security

Engineered to “set a new benchmark” in terms of safety, performance and reliability, the F5 and F6 fence controllers introduce advanced safety features purpose-designed to meet the demands of modern security environments.

Built for high-performance perimeter protection applications, the new fence controllers realise intelligent intrusion detection, flexible deployment options and enhanced safety functionality in line with latest international safety standards. They;re built to comply with IEC 60335-2-76 as well as multiple regional variants to ensure long-term operational viability.

Enhanced features 

The F6 series introduces enhanced features including smart synchronisation, safety extra low voltage readiness to detect movement at sensitive areas without deterrence and dual pulse peak measurement, which introduces enhanced alarm functionality for high-specification fences using dual pulse configuration.

The new controllers are compatible with Gallagher’s Command Centre v9.40 and above, while maintaining consistency with earlier models for streamlined installation. One of the key design priorities was ensuring adaptability across a wide variety of sites.

“The F5 and F6 controllers are designed to operate independently or seamlessly integrate with the award-winning Gallagher Controller 7000 Series and Gallagher Command Centre ecosystem,” affirmed Solly, “giving end users a scalable pathway from single-zone protection to layered, multi-zone and multi-controller installations.”

Solly added that the rapidly evolving security environment means end users require more intelligence and flexibility from perimeter systems.

“The new series delivers advanced features and future-ready capability, along with smart sync technology, which maintains consistent pulse synchronisation along the fence and automatically adjusts energy levels if a sync signal is lost. This ensures the fence continues to provide the safest form of deterrent in all conditions.”
