Legal sector expertise wins Pinsent Masons contract for Corps Security

Pinsent Masons LLP is a multinational law firm specialising in the energy, infrastructure, financial services, real estate and technology and science and industry sectors. The organisation ranks among the top 100 law firms in the world by turnover.

Boasting over 450 partners, Pinsent Masons LLP encompasses a legal team of circa 1,900 people and lists 3,700 employees on its books. More than 500 of the firm’s members of staff are based in its international headquarters located in the City of London.

Notably, Pinsent Masons LLP was named Law Firm of the Year in 2016 (and also in 2021) by industry magazine Legal Business. Further, the company was crowned Law Firm of the Year at The Lawyer Awards 2018 and Law Firm of the Year for 2016 at Law.com’s British Legal Awards. In 2015 and 2020, it was named the Most Innovative Law Firm in Europe by The Financial Times.

At present, the legal company operates out of 26 offices located across Africa, the Asia Pacific region, Europe and the Middle East.

Detail of the contract

Under the Terms and Conditions of the new contract, Corps Security will deliver security services for two key sites in the UK: the aforementioned London headquarters and the offices based in Leeds.

Corps Security has key offices in both locations. This is going to prove beneficial in terms of ensuring the collaboration will provide high-quality security and Front-of-House services at both sites.

In addition to Corps Security’s expertise in legal sector security service provision, Pinsent Masons LLP was also impressed that the vision and values of the business align with its own. Both companies agree that this will engender a positive and collaborative partnership.

As part of the contract agreement, Corps Security is providing employment for 14 officers who’ve served Pinsent Masons LLP under a previous contract with a different solutions provider.
