KINGS SECURE Technologies has announced the appointment of James Gilding as chief strategy officer, effective from 1 December. Gilding will now work alongside the senior leadership team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, driving innovation and supporting continued growth across the Group.
In addition, Gilding will be at the forefront of driving the international development of Kings Secure Technology’s Software-as-a-Service offer, exploring new overseas channels and forging partnerships to expand the reach of the established Quidvis risk management services.
Gilding joins Kings Secure Technologies following a successful period of consultancy with the business, during which time he contributed to Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled automation, digital workflow improvements and the early scoping of Group-wide process enhancements. Indeed, Gilding’s expertise has already helped to standardise, automate and scale key functions throughout the organisation.
With over twenty years’ worth of senior leadership experience in security, facilities management and technology-enabled services, Gilding harbours a proven track record of leading transformation programmes, integrating acquisitions and developing high-performing operational platforms.
Further, Gilding has delivered AI-driven solutions for bid development, content creation, workforce optimisation and operational reporting: skills that will be instrumental as Kings Secure Technologies continues to innovate.
Forward-thinking approach
Bob Forsyth, CEO of Kings Secure Technologies, stated: “We are thrilled to welcome James to the Kings Secure Technologies executive team. He brings a wealth of experience and a forward-thinking approach that aligns perfectly with our strategic ambitions. James’ leadership skills will be key as we continue to invest in digital transformation and expand our presence both here in the UK and overseas.”
Commenting on his new role, Gilding informed Security Matters: “I’m delighted to join Kings Secure Technologies as chief strategy officer. Having supported the Group in a consultancy capacity, I’m excited to help shape the long-term strategy and drive further innovation across the business. I look forward to working with Bob and the senior team as we continue to strengthen Kings Secure Technology’s position as a leader in security, fire and risk management technology.”
This appointment marks a significant step forward in Kings Secure Technology’s ongoing commitment to excellence, technological advancement and sustainable growth.
