G4S Secure Solutions UK acquires Total Security Services

G4S and Total Security Services both have a long-standing and extensive experience of operating in the UK security market, strong corporate values that complement each other and a central focus on providing service excellence for customers.

Commenting on the deal, which has been completed for an undisclosed sum, Steve Jones (global CEO at Allied Universal Services) said: “Allied Universal is the global leader in security services with a long and successful track record of organic and inorganic growth. Based in London, Total Security Services is a Security Industry Authority Approved Contractor. In terms of its guarding assignments, the business specialises in retail sector contracts. Solutions include key holding, mobile response, the provision of store detectives and Control Room management.

The business also offers technology-based solutions, among them CCTV monitoring, video analytics, ANPR, access control and body-worn cameras.
