SECURITY SOLUTIONS specialist and social enterprise Corps Security has appointed Charlotte Rogers in the role of divisional director for London. Rogers brings considerable experience to the business having led on large-scale security operations involving security guarding, security technology and risk-led service delivery.
Rogers will now align operational delivery with commercial strategy in order to drive client retention, efficiency and growth across the region, focusing in particular on developing the London operation into a value-adding partner for clients by virtue of embedding continuous improvement and building stronger relationships.
Rogers brings a blend of deep operational expertise and strong commercial acumen to the role. She recently held the director of operations role at Bidvest Noonan, where she led the integration of a strategic acquisition, duly overseeing a UK-wide portfolio.
Previously, Rogers served as director of operations and as a regional director positions at Ward Security, where she held full profit and loss responsibility for an extensive portfolio and led the company’s national expansion into the Midlands and the North.
