Texecom launches smallest-ever wireless shock sensor

THE NEW Micro Shock-W is Texecom’s smallest-ever wireless shock sensor.

Designed to detect and analyse a forcible shock, it provides early warning of an attempted intrusion before a break-in occurs. The ultra-miniature design provides discrete yet powerful protection for all windows, doors and walls. An intruder can’t evade what they can’t see.

It’s the first wireless shock sensor to conform to the new EN50131-2-8 new shock standard that requires all manufacturers to recommend a suitable sensitivity setting for framed glass windows, wood and concrete.

The key benefits of the Micro Shock-W for installers are that it’s easy to set-up with a single button; has Intuitive LED indicator takes you step-by-step through set-up and commissioning; has an unobtrusive and discreet; it protects rotects windows, doors and walls by alarming at the first indication of an attack; low battery warning; and can be used as a repeater.
