Raff Miah appointed at Texecom to increase primary alarm signalling support

Harbouring upwards of 25 years’ technology sales experience, Miah’s new role will see him lead the digital sales function to increase support for key installers, integrators and end users.

Prior to joining Texecom, Miah held roles in the telecommunications sector, which included over ten years in fire and security signalling sales managing various alarm signalling project sizes from the enterprise level to SMBs.

Commenting on his appointment, Miah stated: “I’m delighted to be joining Texecom at what is a very exciting stage in the company’s growth journey. The various digital services provided by the business add multiple benefits for both installers and end users and I’m very much looking forward to showcasing these benefits to our partners across the UK.”

Miah will report directly to Nick Taylor (head of sales for the UK), who observed: “Coupling Raff’s experience and our suite of award-winning solutions, including our all-new SmartCom Pro communicator, is an important step forward. I’m delighted to welcome Raff to the Texecom team. I truly believe he will play a key part in our goal of continuously delivering industry-leading solutions and support for our customer base and onwards to their own end user customers.”

Hitting the ground running, Miah has already begun meeting with key customers and will work closely with Texecom’s regional sales team members to demonstrate the benefits of the company’s digital services.
