dormakaba UK and Ireland acquires 1st Access Group Ltd

WITH IMMEDIATE effect, dormakaba UK and Ireland has acquired 1st Access Group Ltd, an award-winning company specialising in premises security and redesigning shopfronts including aluminium shopfronts, windows, roller shutters and automatic door requirements.

Commenting on the announcement, Paul Wright (managing director of dormakaba UK and Ireland), commented: “We’re delighted to welcome the team from 1st Access Group. 1st Access Group was established in 2006 by Lindop and colleague Jason Loydon. Located in a converted-for-purpose site in Willenhall, the business is supported by an in-house manufacturing capability that allows greater support for its customer base.

1st Access Group offers dedicated services across the installation and maintenance of door solutions covering sectional and industrial doors, roller shutters, steel security doors and automatic doors.
