Comelit-PAC forges Internet of Things connectivity partnership with CSL

COMELIT-PAC has announced a strategic partnership with CSL in order to take advantage of a secure and reliable Internet of Things (IoT) connection for its complete PAC GDX portfolio. The main aim is to enhance remote system administration, configuration and connectivity to cloud platforms.

The partnership with CSL enables Comelit-PAC to leverage the latter’s IoT SIMs to ensure reliable and secure connectivity for its 4G PAC and GDX site routers, which are themselves integral components of building safety and security systems.

These roaming IP SIMs provide Comelit-PAC with a robust connectivity solution, enabling secure and remote access to its access control systems via a fully encrypted private APN.

Through collaboration with CSL’s dedicated Solutions Architecture Team, we’ve now established a dependable solution that enhances our PAC GDX access control system’s connectivity, ensuring secure, seamless and remote access for instant system administration capability.”

The partnership with CSL presents Comelit-PAC customers with the opportunity to connect PAC GDX systems to Comelit-PAC’s Access Central and Housing Central platforms in a private-hosted or cloud environment. This arrangement offers the added benefit of secure remote access for administration through a private network with a unique customer ID.
