For the second year, Reliance High-Tech scored 100% in all categories of the Achilles UVDB (Utility Vendor Database) Audit. This is an excellent achievement for the business teams and demonstrates the maturity of its management systems, according to the company.
The Achilles UVDB Verify B2 Audit and Site Inspection provides a higher level of pre-qualification assurance for buyers within the utilities sector. The intent of the UVDB Verify Audit is to enable Achilles UVDB buyers’ access to a suitably pre-qualified supply chain that they can invite to tender.
Reliance High-Tech benefit from the Achilles UVDB protocol as an independent check against pre-existing company certification or review of implemented system and methodologies such as (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 22301 and HSG 65) that sampling gathered by the 3rd party review highlights positive elements (best practice) or address gap areas (opportunities for improvement).
Reliance High-Tech has achieved the following standards through assessment for Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality practices and procedures as a registered supplier on Verify – Category B2. The audit structure review consisted of the following key disciplines;
The audit consisted of a management system evaluation of its systems and processes at the company's offices in Bracknell plus an onsite assessment at two of its Utility clients' sites.
