Role

As an experienced service engineer, you will be responsible for the service of security systems such as Menvier, Hikvision, Paxton, Texecom and Galaxy.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance of security systems.
• Demonstrate systems for customers and explain details such as the causes and consequences of false alarms.
• To actively support at all times, company policies and best practice in the area of security, with particular emphasis on the protection of sensitive customer information.
• Demonstrate systems for customers and explain details such as the causes and consequences of false alarms.

Required

• Experience working with top branded systems such as Hikvision, Paxton, Texecom and Galaxy.
• Network/IP based product experience is desirable.
• A proven background and experience of working within fire and security engineering.
• Good communication skills.
• Undertake BS7858 vetting.
