[Expired] Security Consultant

Description:

We are working with a top security systems integrator who offer large-scale IP CCTV and access control projects to a number of global enterprise and blue-chip clients, both in the UK and internationally. They’re looking to grow their team with an experienced Design Consultant to support clients as they transition from sales prospects to active customers, secure the initial relationship with client as well as build long-term and loyal customer relationships.

The Role:

·        Engage with new potential clients and taking the lead to put together a bid package.

·        Responsible to work with internal departments to put together materials/pricing.

·        Ensuring that newly established clients are effectively and accurately communicated with, kept up to date and are receiving a high level of service at all stages.

·        Regularly and proactively track progress on all assigned projects and provide updates to clients.

·        Draft, issue and follow up on MSAs (Master Service Agreements) and other contract documentation.

·        Effectively and proactively resolve any contract resolutions.

·        Educate new clients on company security solutions offering.

·        Collaborate with design team and other internal departments to ensure deadlines are met.

·        Support efforts to secure new clients focusing on client needs.

Requirements:

·        Hands-on experience of work in the same/similar role.

·        Strong delivery skills with the ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.

·        Liaise with teams throughout the business including EMEA and US.
