Our client, specialists in the Fire and Security industry, are seeking a hardworking and passionate Installation Supervisor based around the London & Home Counties area to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role:
Technical and commercial vetting of small works projects.
Value engineer projects, as appropriate.
Co-ordinate with field engineering to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
Labour planning / scheduling.
Customer communications in relation to small works projects.
Proactively manage customer expectations.
Attend customer handover and progress meetings.
Ensure all commissioning and handover documentation is completed correctly and recorded.
Support and manage small works co-ordinator.
Conduct site surveys, pre-install / mobilisation site meetings with customer and field engineering team, as appropriate.
Manage small works project costings, key milestone delivery dates and variations.
To provide reliable, quality support to our customers at all times.
To have a professional telephone and face to face manor.
Assist customers and regional team with technical issues either on the phone or face to face.
Have a flexible approach to working hours. Out of hours working will be required at times.
Provide assistance and training to other team members as required.
Ensure you operate in line with Vision Mission and Values.
Support Engineering Managing to deliver operational KPI’s and high level of customer service.
Carry out field inspections and audits, maintaining records as required by NSI.
Provide technical support to engineering team across product portfolio in relation to small works projects.
