Area Service Manager

Based near Twickenham, our client is a rapidly growing Security Integrator who are now looking for someone with good technical knowledge with access control and IP CCTV, to lead a team of Service Engineers and the Administration team.

This is an office-based role to include customer site visits as required and you will be covering London and surrounding areas. 

The role:

• To oversee a team of 2 Administrators and 6 Service Engineers
• Be the main point of contact for the Engineers for technical queries
• KPI reporting
• Involved with quotations
• Escalating bigger queries to the relevant Account Manager
• Dealing with absences and time keeping issues
• Allocation of resource

Required:

• Excellent administration and communication skills
• Technical knowledge from the electronic security industry, preferably with some enterprise systems experience
• Previous experience as an Engineer would be most suitable so you have a good understanding of access control and IP CCTV

Salary:

£40,000 per annum
