Role

·        The Service Contracts Manager shall be responsible for the overall successful delivery of allocated service contracts.

·        You will act as a high-level interface between the client and the company, focussing on the stability of the relationship and client retention whilst ensuring the contract and conditions, both commercial and operational, are adhered to all times by both parties.

·        The post-holder will also possess strong customer relationship skills, the ability to analyse and understand financial and operational data and communication, both written and verbal plus co-ordination between client and the business.
