Service Account Manager (Security Engineering)


This highly regarded security engineering company are looking for a Service Account Manager to be the point of contact for key clients in London and the South East, maintaining SLAs for service support and looking after the team of security Service Engineers.


Responsibilities

Work with contacts at key clients to ensure the best possible service support, to achieve set SLAs.Manage and deploy the service engineering team to make the most of skills and experience.Produce and issue quotations for service contracts, system additions, upgrades and replacements.Advise and make recommendations for improving the standard of service and installation provided to the client base.Organise and attend monthly meetings with clients to conduct full performance reviews.Produce and issue monthly/annual reports incorporating KPI statistics, engineer performance, relevant issues and concerns, legislatory impacts, H&S statistics, etc.Negotiation of service contract renewals with clients, encompassing system coverage and pricing.Identify, organise and manage training requirements for service engineers. 

Required

Previous experience in service management or significant supervisory and team leadership experience from the electronic security industry.Experience managing key clients/accounts, maintaining SLAs, ideally with blue-chip, enterprise or high-profile clients.Previous security engineering experience and the ability to provide quotations for small works, upgrades and service contracts.Excellent inter-personal skills.
