Our client, specialists in the Fire industry, are seeking a hardworking and passionate Sales Manager based around the South East area to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role:
Establishing Trade partner network for the company and appoint distributors / resellers in the fire safety domain.
Maintain healthy relationship with Trade partners and ensure support.
Engage with Trade partners and influence and support them for driving business.
Cross functional engagement with different / other departments like logistics and accounts.
Enroll partners for training on our systems, and other products.
Creating training roadmap, provide design solutions and supervise installation for trade partners.
Continuous tracking of performance, records and analysing the same for achieving the organisational annual objectives.
