Reporting Manager: Project Manager
Job Summary:
You are responsible for the successful installation and commissioning of the Integrated Security projects. Using a combination of specific security system knowledge and organisation, tasks and time management skills, you will execute the project through its progressive stages, with the goal of project completion within specified time and budget.
This position is based in the UK, and the candidate should be able and willing to travel across EMEA region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspection survey of the project site.
- Assist in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
- Execute the project within the agreed timelines, provide technical support to the team and maintain project documentation as required.
- Responsible for onsite supervision and support the team in commissioning of the systems, including testing and acceptance procedures.
- Attend weekly progress meetings with project stakeholders.
- Monitor work in progress and prepare weekly status report.
- Coordinate materials and assist in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at construction site.
- Coordinate with internal teams for day today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
- Distribute all documents to subcontractors and maintain document logs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor of Engineering degree/diploma holder in Electrical, Electronics, or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in handling execution of large security systems projects.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of low current systems like access control, CCTVs, alarm systems, network configuration etc.
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills.
- Ability to prioritise and plan work effectively.
- Strong team member, collaborator and self-starter.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- £45K - £50K DOE
