Our client, specialists in the Fire and Security industry, are seeking a hardworking and passionate High Security Compliance Manager join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role:
Information security standards for the protection of protectively marked information and assets whilst owned by the company and their sub-contractors.
Exacting design and installation standards that define the way that hardware and software must be installed.
Routine maintenance standards that ensure that maintenance is carried out in the correct manner and protect any relevant CPNI standards during the lifetime of the equipment.
Adherence to change control to ensure that all changes are carried out in the correct way and do not degrade the level of protection afforded to a high security site.
Personnel screening standards to ensure that employees and subcontractors working on any given project have been appropriately screened and vetted to the required standard.
MOD Internal IT and security standards need to be complied with to enable their technology to sit within the customer's network & data centre environment. These standards can be very onerous and technically challenging
Qualities Required:
The production and maintenance of all company wide and site-based policy and procedure that govern operations within the high security sector.
The oversight of the clearance process within high security sites to ensure that the company are only deploying appropriately cleared employees.
Carry out regular information musters to ensure that all protectively marked information is present and accounted for and information registers are accurate.
Work with the Health & Safety / Compliance manager within F&SS to ensure that any relevant policies and procedures are lined up between.
