Our client, specialists in the Fire and Security industry, are seeking a hardworking and passionate Head of High Security Operations join their team on a permanent basis.
The position holds responsibility for the geographic area project managers together with associated installation teams and financial accountability as outlined with revenue streams resulting from installation works.
To achieve and improve on the Key Performance Indicators for the role.
Working together with the High Security Compliance Manager ensure all staff & subcontractors are fully aware of security & compliance requirements of the sites they are working on and all work is carried out in accordance with the compliance requirements that are in place and that all necessary compliance information is recorded appropriately.
Maintaining a High Security ethos and mind-set across all of the projects to ensure that security protocols are followed and that any protectively marked information is protected appropriately.
Maintain and further promote customer retention and growth by cultivating high levels of motivation, commitment and performance by all team members.
Agree performance goals for team members and monitor.
High degree of numeracy and verbal skills.
Given the management input required of the position, it is essential for the successful candidate willing to travel to various locations.
Operations experience at a senior level within a UK operations environment delivering installation of Electronic Security Systems – Intruder Alarms, Access Control, CCTV and Integrated Security Management Systems.
Excellent IT understanding with day to day working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
First class verbal and written communications skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
