About the Client:
- Our client, specialists in the Fire and Security industry, are seeking a hardworking and passionate Project Manager based around the Midlands area to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service, managing and maintaining client relationships, including attending client meetings and responding promptly to customer enquiries and concerns.
- Full ownership of allocated projects, ensuring all works, site activity, audits and paperwork is carried out to the relevant standards, manufacturer guidelines and company’s requirements.
- Monitoring of all engineers, subcontractors and staff used, inclusive of labour requirements, paperwork, invoices, site activity and productivity.
- Production of all reports, including weekly project status, invoicing and profit and loss reports for own projects.
- Provide technical assistance, support and guidance to engineers, subcontractors and department team members and communicate and coordinate with internal personnel.
- Administration duties of all ongoing and completed projects, including ordering of equipment and plant, with the assistance of the project administration team.
Qualities Required:
- Experience in the fire systems, specifically fire suppression, industry.
- Ansul R-102 Trained is advantageous.
- Previous experience working in a customer-based environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- People management skills.
- Hold a full clean UK driving licence.
- Ability to create and build strong relationships, with a professional approach.
