Role

As an experienced service engineer, you will be responsible for the service of fire and security systems such as Gent, Advanced, Morley, Kentec, C-Tec, Kentec, Menvier, Hikvision, Paxton, Texecom and Galaxy.

Responsibilities

·        Service and maintenance of fire and security systems

·        Service of both conventional and analogue addressable fire alarm systems to a high standard of workmanship

·        Demonstrate systems for customers and explain details such as the causes and consequences of false alarms.

·        To actively support at all times, company policies and best practice in the area of security, with particular emphasis on the protection of sensitive customer information

·        Demonstrate systems for customers and explain details such as the causes and consequences of false alarms

Required

·        Experience working with top branded systems such as, Advanced, C-Tec, Kentec, Menvier, Hikvision, Paxton, Texecom and Galaxy

·        Experience of conventional and addressable fire systems across a range of manufacturers equipment

·        Network/IP based product experience is desirable 

·        A proven background and experience of working within fire and security engineering

·        Good communication skills

·        Undertake BS7858 vetting
