About the Client:

• Our client, specialists in the Fire and Security industry, are seeking a hardworking and passionate Service Engineer based around the North East area to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role:

• Installation, maintenance and servicing across a multitude of industries and sites in Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access control. Occasional servicing of fire alarms will also be required.
• Part of a 1 in 3 Call Out Rota.
• Ability to work on own or part of a team.
• Must be able to understand and complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
• Must comply with policies and procedures and carry out work in a safe and diligent manner, working within H & S guidelines.

Qualities Required:

• Relevant security /service experience, along with a trouble shooting and fault finding background.
• Minimum of 2 year’s experience.
• Clean Full UK driving licence.
• Must be West Yorkshire based, but happy to travel with the occasional overnight stay.
• Good time management and organisational skills, along with a good level of IT skills.
• Experience of using Texecom, Paxton, Dahua & HIK Systems, preferable but ongoing training courses will be provided.
• Fire Alarm experience would also be an advantage.
