Fire Alarms Service Co-ordinator – Romford Essex
Responsibilities
Our client based in Romford has an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join them on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Co-ordinator will be the main point of contact, linking the office to the customer and will be responsible for processing and managing service through to invoice.
Duties of a Service Coordinator:
- Effectively plan the Engineers’ routes, reducing downtime and wasted journeys
- Contacting customers and contractors to plan maintenance dates and update planners
- Ensure Engineers return their completed job packs
- Provide excellent customer service, communicating clearly, ensuring the customer's issues are managed effectively
- Support the business to maximise revenue and secure opportunities
- Ensuring emergency callouts are responded to within agreed SLA timescales
- Monitor email boxes to ensure customer requests are responded to in a quick and efficient manner
Requirements of a Service Coordinator:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Have a proactive approach to working
- Be organised and work efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
- Experience with coordinating/scheduling - desirable
